The bed was cozy and it was great having climate control, iron and ironing board. Staff were understanding during our stay. There was plentiful breakfast with veggies, food, pastries. Early check-in and EXEMPLARY customer service.
We loved the hotel and Mahe Island, had 1 nice sunny days there. We had recently renovated, cool rooms with climate control, multi-channel television and a refrigerator. Our food for buffet breakfast was amazing and all the staff were top-class and efficient.
We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at a beautiful secluded island resort. The complimentary bottles of wine and fruit baskets were a thoughtful touch. The key location, with the calm sea and lovely marine life, was perfect for snorkeling. The outdoor shower and bathtub were a real treat.
The maintenance of the villas was not up to standard, especially given the high prices.
The villas and pool were not as clean as expected.
The breakfast was freshly prepared, really enjoyed free parking. We were at the double room, it had spectacular view. Walking distance to the amazing beach...
Booked a room with around 4 tables. I had coffee and tea making equipment, and glassware. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from D Best.
Beautiful beach, friendly staff who offered complimentary water bottles and good Wi-Fi connection. The location is peaceful and relaxing, with good swimming and snorkeling opportunities and nice sea views from the balcony.
The hotel is a bit isolated with no other hotels or lively nightlife nearby.
The restaurant food and service are average and the decoration around the hotel needs updating.
